占 zhan has a few meanings divine, account and so on. The meaning that I used in this context is observe.
卦 refers to the 64 hexagrams found in the book of change; iChing.
When you place the two Chinese character together means to observe change. Our ancient ancestors have founded a philosophy system to seek direction in life.
Identify the problem. Asking the right questions.
Observe the situation. Who, What, Which, When, How?
Adopt a new perspective. What change can be anticipated through iChing reading?
Create an opening. How can I turn this change into my opportunity?
Note that a few things we do not analyze in using iChing:
Things that you cannot change.
Things that you know the outcome.
Things that have no way of knowing the outcome.
Things that do not relate to you.
Things that are morally wrong.
